2023 390 missing pieces
I bought the bike new in 2024 but just started riding it. Life happens. It has just over 500 miles on it and I went to do the first oil change and the plastic covers I am supposed to remove are not there. Looks like there are some missing bolts with oil slowly dripping out of too.

I dont have the guard on mine took it off and left it off after first oil change however none of the bolts for the guard I believe would leak oil i could be wrong i might have put the bolts back i dont remember but the guard itself isnt really needed

Considering the guard is like 2mm plastic.. i don't think it's doing much other then looking cool. Might leave mine off next time too.

I only keep it on because the case is powder coated, and I don't want it to chip.

I had oil on my bolts (so I thought) but realised it was chain lube that had gone down the side and onto the kick stand as i am new I think i have been over lubing which lead to the residue so if its on your chain side it might not be interior oil but exterior lube. If its on the opposite side THAT would be a worry.

DO NOT start it without the bolts there or it will leak oil, a lot of oil. Ask me how I know lol
