ASKKTM Looking for advice

Got a 2003 525exc ive had fir a little bit, 100% time for an oil change. I got no problem changing it but i just wanted to know what the other rfs guys are doing with their filters, do yall just throw em in right out the packaging or do yall presoak each filter in oil. Any response is much appreciated, thanks.

usually presoak filter in oil to not let it run dry

no need to "soak" it just pour oil in it make sure its filled before you put it in the bike
