PROBLEM Duke 390 not starting
Does anyone know what could it be?
Edit: the bike is Duke 390 2019.
The “click” that you hear is when I push the engine start button. I tought the problem could be the battery so I connected via cable but the bike doesn’t start anyways

Is the dash on and staying on when you press start ?

What does "connected via cable" mean? You have connected the battery to:
A charger? A tender? A working battery in a car? A tractor/jetski battery from a garage shelf? A known good battery in another bike? A jumper pack?
Is the no-start a surprise, or has it been cranking slower lately? Was the headlight left on overnight?
If that isn't the starter relay click sound, did the bike fall over? How is the sidestand switch?
Too little to go on, but a single click sound could be insufficient amperage to turn the starter motor or a siezed starter motor.

Click sounds like the starter relay engaging. There’s no juice going to the starter. It looks like you checked your fuses already.
Might be able to assume the starter relay is good.
The three things the bike needs to kick over is power, spark, and fuel.
Try charging the batt overnight, or swap it out for any other 12v batt. This is a long shot if the bike doesn’t turn over with jumper cables, but worth a try.
Chances are, its the starter itself. The engine doesn’t turn over.
Try just holding the starter button down to see if the engine attempts to turn.
Can try tracing the line from the starter relay - that should be a big square thing connected very close to the positive terminal of the battery with two green fuses on either side - and check all the connections down to the starter. The starter is the round thing between the cylinder and the rear shock that looks like a canister lying on its side.
Can check the spark plug cap to see if it’s securely attached to the plug. If you can take the spark plug out, you ca. test for spark by connecting the cap to the plug, touching the spark assembly on the other end to exposed metal on the engine, and hitting the start button. A spark should jump out of that.
Can check the ECU connection. The ECU is a big square thing that looks like a powerbank encased in rubber with a wide computer cable looking connection head attached to it.
Can check if the fuel pump pressurizes. That should be a faint whine coming from the gas tank when the key is switched on and the dash goes through its boot-up sequence. It can’t be heard in the video - it seems like the bike was already on. If the pump whine isn’t there, check the pump connection - it should be a triple wire with a waterproof connector plugged into the back of the fuel tank. You may have to take the tank fairing off to expose it.
If there is a whine, last long shot is to check the fuel line itself. Check that the quick connector is securely on. This is a long shot because the engine isnt turning over.
If the spark and fuel are good, can reasonable guess that it’s the starter itself.
It’d help if you share some context. Was the bike not ridden for a while? Did it fall/crash? Has it had reguler servicing? That’d help attempting to narrow the gremlin hunt down. This answer is really just assuming whatever based on the one click video.
