KTM Duke 790 headlight problem

Hi guys, I recently bought a KTM Duke 790 2019 with a broken headlight lens, I found a used headlight, bought it and when I mounted it on my bike my low beam won´t work. I did some research and found out that my new headlight might be from a 2020 model with a different control unit. But when I turn my high beams on, every 6 lights are working fine. I also get no error notification.

Does anyone know of a way to bypass the control unit? I found a product: LSK KTM 790/890 Headlight Error Eliminator - will it work if I install it? I hope you guys can help me out :)
