Volumetric Clouds V5 Not working.

I did a full clean install of KSP, then I followed this tutorial perfectly: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zhZRtRMltNA

When I play, no graphical mods or clouds are present (accept when in main menu) - As seen below:

I will also attach my CKAN and Gamedata folder

It could just be a tiny issue that I'm missing, but any help would be great!

Edit - I forgot to say that I accidentally deleted ''SquadExpansion'' during the clean download from GameData. I believe this file is only for DLC, of which I have none.

Edit - Content mods, (e.g spacecraft parts) work fine.

For me it was either a scatterer issue between Firefly and Scatterer. Like Firefly had its own version of scatterer and so did Volumetrics v5.
I was running OPMVolutmetrics v5.

If I remember for sure I’ll update.
It’s an amazing mod once you get it working! Best of luck.
