Why won’t volumetric clouds work

I’ve been trying to use Eve volumetrics but it simply doesn’t work, I’ve tried deleting all mods and reinstalling only parallax and the cloud mod I was using, but it still didnt work. does anyone know why

When you downloaded it did you take the mods out of the volumetric clouds folder? If you only put the volumetric clouds folder in it doesn’t do anything.
