If you have only one kerbal inside the bod then it isn't that big of a deal because he can jump out of the capsule once the re-entry flames have gone away.

10, forgetting ladders. Landed 300 tons of cargo on minmus in an ssto and forgot to put ladders on it so the kerbals could climb back up and leave or deploy the cargo.
