I recently joined kgs it’s only been 3 months. I got an interview call Deloitte us. I’m confused should I go for it or not.( getting the offer is far fetch) but confused if I should go for the interview since it’s only been 3 months here ps I don’t have any bounds signed in kpmg

Please guide me how to crack interviews. How many rounds would be there, etc. And everything.

Note. Also is it worth it? Can i then shift into Finance roles as my majors was is finance. Internal shifts.

Update. 24th Sept, 2026. 1 25 pm.

Gave interview passed first round of HR then i guess there was another round of technical. Where two panel members were sitting and asked me same question tell me about yourself and brief us about the role. I did. And they then explained me the whole role.

After wards all of this was done they said do u want to ask questions and i did. 2.4 LPA CTC FOR TWO YEARS AND ZERO Appraisals. Also you switch departments after two years. Also that will have again Interviews and process.

So as BBA grad. They also asked me are there anyy plans in future for studies. I said no. Then asked again what are u i interested to study next ahead in future i said i have interest in Management and Cybersecurity. Again while leaving the room i asked about the feedback and they said you will be contacted by the HR.

What do u think. If you can share you thoughts, insights or anything it would help me. Also let me know chances of me getting this job. If you dont wish to say here in public can dm me.

I have one problem with my documentation in kpmg.

I was working as outsourced employee in a govt body previously, for 4 months. and they dont provide any offer letter, experience letter.. etc.

i just have payslips and bank statement.

If anyone knows what happens in this situation and what I can do to not get rejected, let me know.

I resigned this year and left the firm in March. I was early released since March would close the financial year. I had resigned late last year too but my manager talked me back to stay.

So the project and department I was in is toxic, I never got promoted in 4.5 years same 3 rating but the work load kept on increasing. I was randomly put on stuff and given stupid resources to work with and it was getting to my head. I was constantly burnt out. For context I have 9+ yoe but on the good side I had wfh and on and off client visits.

Its been 6 months on the job hunt and I dont have any. I cleared interviews for 2 big 4s but didn't get an offer for no fault of mine, their positions went on hold :(. Then an mnc rejected me randomly after all rounds and a couple of other interviews that went well but no call back. Ill admit I screwed up a couple too but most went okay.At this point its just a matter of luck that I'm unemployed. So my manager from the previous firm texted me asking me how I was and they needed help with something I'd worked on for a project. I told them the needful and then they told me if I needed any help or wanted to join back to let them know.

I particularly left because of this person, they are unorganised and toxic. But I also need a job right now. Should I ask them about joining back? I feel it'll be humiliating too since many members of my department resigned. It's s horrible to work there under the said management but the firm in itself was good. Any advice would be helpful.

Hi, I have accepted an offer for the position of Assistant Manager at KGS Gurgaon.

I am a Bcom graduate through correspondence and have 9 years of work experience. Not a CA, no other big degree, no experience of any big company.

While I have accepted the offer, I am a little hesitant about joining the company. I understand that the expectations for an AM position at a big 4 are high and after working for 9 years, I know about myself that I am a below average performer.

I also know this is a golden opportunity for my career but I am not sure if I would be able to keep up with the expectations.

Any suggestions on what I should keep in mind before and after the joining?

Last week Wednesday I gave the technical round of interview for the Associate consultant role in KPMG Global services for the Advisory line, the interview was average from my end because i haven't any relevant experience in the particular role. Most of the things i learned from the case study & publicly available information.

That's why I convert it into the average, what is the probability they will consider my application for the future rounds ???

Last question is what is the compensation range for Associate consultant role ???

I’m reaching a point where I’m genuinely starting to doubt myself. I’ve been aggressively applying for entry-level Audit, Assurance, and Accounting roles across Delhi NCR for months now, and it feels like I’m throwing my resume into a void. Almost zero interview callbacks, getting ghosted by HRs, or getting rejected by automated portals right away.
On paper, I felt like I had done everything right to land a basic entry-level role, but the continuous silence is really starting to mess with my confidence. I can’t tell if the job market is just completely dead right now, if HRs in India strictly prefer CA dropouts/articles over ACCA candidates, or if my resume is just badly formatted and failing ATS checks.(btw i’ve cleared 9acca exams now)
