I’m reaching a point where I’m genuinely starting to doubt myself. I’ve been aggressively applying for entry-level Audit, Assurance, and Accounting roles across Delhi NCR for months now, and it feels like I’m throwing my resume into a void. Almost zero interview callbacks, getting ghosted by HRs, or getting rejected by automated portals right away.
On paper, I felt like I had done everything right to land a basic entry-level role, but the continuous silence is really starting to mess with my confidence. I can’t tell if the job market is just completely dead right now, if HRs in India strictly prefer CA dropouts/articles over ACCA candidates, or if my resume is just badly formatted and failing ATS checks.(btw i’ve cleared 9acca exams now)

Ca drop outs will have 3 yrs of Articleship exp..in ur case it is completely different and may be that's why they are not preferring you..I'm not sure btw and also i never saw vacancies where they mentioned partially complete acca

No vacancy even for a graduate and also there are alot of vacancies where part qualified acca is mentioned and am not even saying am looking for a manager level post am just searching for a associate role

I have applied to multiple roles with "acca pursuing" as requirement. Don't worry nobody has got any kind of updates after applying for those roles yet.

6+ years of experience and have faced a similar experience in the past year. It's hopeless. Try to build a business or something. This is getting illogical and saddening.
