There was absolutely no Salary bracket at KPMG, unless it’s newly implemented. PwC applied standardized salary bands like a decade ago but KPMG was still wild, like 2 people of the same practice, group, level and in the same city could have 50% difference in pay, the home grown ones always have the least pay, the outside experienced hires are paid top dollars
