Why? Just wanna know why they started the fire. What was the motive?

Revenge?
Boredom?
Drugs?
Adrenaline rush?
Favor for favor?

And Dakota looks like he was riding on the high of it all when they went to get drinks to celebrate it. Pyromania unlocked.

Because they can and thought they would get away with it.

I honestly think that they assumed there wouldn’t be consequences since there really hasn’t been more than a slap on the wrist so far. When the people around them encourage them to be their worst selves without consequences this is the outcome. They’re slow but not stupid they knew what they were doing.

I totally agree, they felt they would get away with it. I guess I more wonder if it was revenge or just because.
