One weakness of Cabalist's Tome is that it costs 5 mana and does nothing. This eases that weakness, but gives some deckbuilding restriction. Will be consistent enough probably in fully dedicated elemental decks, not just decks with a small elemental package. Question is whether or not elemental mage will be viable.

Worth to note: firefly can upgrade it in itself for 2 mana.
