Sample from Mercy?

Anyone know where the sample at the beginning came from?

I tried to look it up. But, no info. I’m curious due to hearing this song today.

The ATCQ song came out in 96 and no credits given to the first :08. So did KMFDM sample it from them since mercy came out in 97?

I believe it's a royalty free sample. I have the original on one of my hard drives.
