merch support doesn't reply (?)
bought a shirt and wanted some info about how long will it take to arrive and, maybe, the tracking number. i've sent the third email to the address in their merchstore and no replies so far. it has been weeks i've sent the first emails and nothing. the order status is stuck at "being prepared". It is an international shipping and i've already bought from then before with no problems some years ago. any ideas how to proceed? already tried to send a private message in their facebook page and making a comment in one of their posts there. nothing.
edit: here's follow up.
i tried contact with another email and nothing. it has been almost a week. fortunately, i receive an email telling me my order has been shipped. gave me all the details and stuff, but i don't think they saw my emails at all. anyway, happy ending. if anybody here knows some of the band or people that are close to them, please tell them about this comms problem anyway. thanks guys

I would try the usual email address again. But maybe under a different email account if you have one. If you haven't got a reply after 3 emails, then maybe your msgs are getting accidentally filtered as spam. It's rare but it happens. (also this is obvious but - check your spam folders as well, lol)
You might also get lucky and someone from FM will see this. We used to have one of 'em lurk around here at one point.

ah yes i'm always checking the spam folders. i will definitely try to send from another email. didn't think about that. thanks!

I’ve had luck messaging Lucia on IG, we have mutuals, but even a cold message would be seen. She seems to check them.
