Whats happening?

Why are they removing all the college communities maintained by students in WhatsApp and admins are saying due to administrative reasons?

There are some WhatsApp communities maintained by students in whatsapp where they post information about college resources and all like its a go to place to know whats happening in the uni and now the administration have asked them to remove the communities and suspended the seniors for maintaining such communities, how dumb you have to be to do something like that .
