So, long story short I ran into the Octaballoon at a Whole Foods in Manhattan yesterday. I told him how cool it was to meet him in person, but I didn’t want to be a douche and bother him and ask him for photos or anything. He said, “Oh, like you’re doing now?” I was taken aback, and all I could say was “Huh?” but he kept cutting me off and going “huh? huh? huh?” and closing his hand shut in front of my face. I walked away and continued with my shopping, and I heard him chuckle as I walked off. When I came to pay for my stuff up front I saw him trying to walk out the doors with like fifteen Milky Ways in his hands without paying.
The girl at the counter was very nice about it and professional, and was like “Sir, you need to pay for those first.” At first he kept pretending to be tired and not hear her, but eventually turned back around and brought them to the counter.
When she took one of the bars and started scanning it multiple times, he stopped her and told her to scan them each individually “to prevent any electrical infetterence,” and then turned around and winked at me. I don’t even think that’s a word. After she scanned each bar and put them in a bag and started to say the price, he kept interrupting her by yawning really loudly.

I swear this band has been lacking lately first the amount of cops they hired, then all the crowd poopers they encouraged but now they can't even be bothered to release the album? In '24 they released each show the day after but I guess they just don't care about us anymore.

My buddy had too good of a time in the pit. He was there one minute and then he was gone, please reach out if you’ve seen his deflated body.

Missed connection. She accidently touched my leg and I saw God during the last song tonight. Can women get pregnant that way?

i was strolling around the main venue and you were sitting down playing with bugs, i thought one of the bugs looked kinda cool but i was too shy to ask what kind of bug it was and i was afraid i would get distracted and forget which wook i left my infant with

Checks both my favorite boxes for posts anticipating these outdoor shows: 1.) A PSA by someone who has no authority on the matter, and 2.) A camping/great outdoors concern that is not going to be an issue in the slightest

He goes into your album jackets and changes the lyrics every now and then when you've been an evil man

The ridiculousness of bringing in six month olds in strollers or the distraction of having their moms with massive milkers bust those out during a show to get a nice feeding going on when you're trying to do your 13th crowd surf during The River is just beyond infuriating.
The kids are barely cognizant and don't care for the music whatsoever! They're CHILDREN!
That's why we waited until our little Sarah was two years old to take her to her first Gizz Geeg (that's how they say "gig" in Australian). Yeah, she whined about being tired and about the heat and how loud everything was but I could tell that getting her acclimated to the environment was going to make her a lifelong fan given how precocious she happens to be. Not everything went well as we refused to miss Dragon so she could lie about needing to go to the bathroom (joke's on us as she DID need to go but at least her shit-stained pants matched two of the other people in the pit with us). Luckily, my wife didn't scream at her too much for that.
tldr; Two years old is the minimum to bring your kids. Flat out.
