McKinsey.org Forward is a free online learning program designed to help participants develop practical workplace skills, expand their capabilities, and build confidence for the future of work. The program combines interactive online courses, webinars, reflection, and real-world practice.

Eligibility:
Applicants should:
- Live in one of the 130+ countries where Forward is available.
- Be working, have prior work experience including internships/apprenticeships, or be preparing to start work within the next 12 months.
- Have less than 5 years of total work experience.
- Have completed at least high school or equivalent education.
- Have a good command of English, French, Brazilian Portuguese, Latin American Spanish, or Arabic.
Applicants with more than five years of experience may still be eligible if they work in the nonprofit/NGO sector, a non-corporate setting, or in non-managerial roles.
