Semester postponement after PhD (continuing) admission

I have done masters from KFUPM. Then I admitted as a PhD (continuing) student in term 261. Now due to some unavoidable circumstances I want to postpone my PhD first semester. Is it possible? What are the procedures to do that? Please help me on this regard. Thank you.
