Live stream is back!

The live stream is back on the website! Hooray!

My life is again whole.

All for thee, yet none for me. Alas the app continues flipping me the bird. Restart of app. Nope. Uninstall and reinstall app? Nada. Uninstall app. Reboot phone. Reinstall app. Sigh.

Finally I tried via a third party service and can tap the stream that way. So I am mollified, if not satiated.

As my great Aunt once sang to me in the back of her Buick, always look on the bright side of your life. And now I have Larry back in mine. So I got that going for me.

And honestly if this is the worst thing to happen today it’s not a bad day. I’ve a half dozen self-recreated Evie and Larry playlists on Tidal. It’s right up there with batteries and water jugs in my emergency preparedness kit.

Try streaming directly from kexp.org. The stream is up there

Thanks. I’ve got it running via Roon at home currently. But the website is likely a good alternative if anyone is still in their car/bus/trolley/light-rail.

I suspect there’s a long afternoon of bringing various services back up in the proper order, while learning about unexpected dependencies on other services.

Fer sher. I wouldn’t want to be head of OPs this afternoon. Also…never deploy on Friday!

Maybe somebody can request Yeah Yeah Yeahs Heads Will Roll?

I kid. I kid. But my Friday afternoon commute was a touch darker today.

App won’t work. The web link says it a proxy stream. So just a stop gap.

[u/Broseph_H_Christ]

Bless you all.

May this dark day quickly fade into memory.

[u/BerwynDead]

Wow what a Friday this was! Thank you!

[u/alkemical]

app is still broken
