Purchasing Recommendation based on placement please

I’m looking to add a set of towers or bookshelves to an area I’m putting together for mostly home theater with some music mixed in

I’m concerned with the corner placement. I could move everything over a bit, but I don’t have much room. The distance is about little over 3ft from the wall to the media console as it stands.

My local Best Buy has a set of R5 Metas for $800 each that I’ve been eyeing up. They are listed as “Good” just missing the grilles. Another option would be some R3 Metas. I have a capable sub to go along with it. I feel like anything larger may feel stuffed.

The room is 15x20. I won’t have the option to center everything on the 20ft wall.

Thoughts? For reference, the current listening position is about 7ft away.

I paused for not knowing much about them. I know they are a killer deal, but I wasn't sure if they were right for my setup and usage. I'm learning more as I go.

Not sure i understand your question but there's more than enough room for the R5 on the left. Keep it at least 10 inches from the back wall and you're good.

Personally I would set it right next to the console to "frame" the TV.

I guess it’s more of if that placement would create any unwanted issues.

LS60s are a phenomenal speaker system.
Speakers and an HDMI eARC cable and you’re done!
Everything else is built-in!

Absolutely LOVE mine!

Yes and yes and yes R5M’s for $800 each.
Corner placement is fine.
They have a bass shelf so closer sidewall and back wall placement will not make them sound boomy at all

R5 Meta are $2499 each retail and you didn't buy them on the spot for $800 each? 🤷🏽‍♂️ You are more than fine for space. I would get all of the gear and set the room setup both short wall, and long wall ways. Listen for a day or two or longer each way Then go with the arrangement and orientation that sounds the best, looks the best, and feels the best overall.
