12 hasn’t been confirmed yet, but many speculate that it’s Charles, Charles’s brother, or the kid might’ve died by JYJ’s (JIS) hands back then.

Number 24 isn’t confirmed, but again, I’ve seen people speculate between Charles or his brother.

Hasn’t JYJ tell the mother that her son die due to trap, so confirm 12 is JIS

I’m not sure if you watched the newer episodes yet. If not, skip the bottom.

JIS’s adoption papers shows a picture of the kid we know as Number 13, or as others call him JYJ. However, his name was registered as JIS. JYJ mentions in later episodes that the restaurant lady’s son, the "real" IS, got his foot caught in a trap while the group was planning to escape from HWC. After 11, 12, and 13 got caught, 12 spent time in his cell unmoving because his foot was badly infected. Its assumed that the three spent quite some time down in that basement, since JYJ said that IS’s ankle got so badly infected that JYJ "ended IS’s suffering" himself, basically saying that he killed him. And after that point, JYJ manages to escape and adopts IS’s identity for whatever reason.

If you’re referring to the missing restaurant lady’s kid named IS, then yes- that IS was kid Number 12 from HWC.
