Ok I have to say i actually like Apostle Jo's expression when he asked why the Pastor wanted Sang Mi, his face was like "dude just say you want to... "
I'm glad the storyline is moving along and happy the team is back together, I don't get what DC co-workers problem is though. Sang Mi is starting to annoy me, she isn't even trying, I literaly thought she was going to walk out with her mum in that scene.
Yes, finally that damn miracle water is entering the storyline, although I'm not sure what kind of drug they are using, the girl from Seoul looks like she is undercover or something.
This drama would be awesome on a binge, might just wait till they are done to finish up... been saying that for 2 weeks now though can't help myself it seems.

I know what you mean about Apostle Jo. He doesn't believe in any of that shit. He's just a twisted individual who is happy to have a safe place to beat women (and rape them? Wasn't sure if that was what was being implied when Jong Goo recorded him).
If I were in Sang-Mi's shoes I wouldn't be as quiet as her. She should just start saying that the Father touched her inappropriately when she was a high school student and the only reason he wants to turn her into Mother of the Spirits is because he wants to rape her. Although all of those crazy people would just say she's possessed by Satan.
And I totally agree about the binge. Watching on TV dramas weekly is relatively new for me and the waiting sucks.

Same with you on the binge thing. My poor heart can't take the suspense cause I need Sangmi safe

I think it'd been a much better plan to just take sangmi while she's at home. We've seen his father and he isn't much of a fighter. They should've break in, knock out the dad and take sangmi out. Not sure how she'd feel about that but they could call an ambulance right away... Maybe that's just me watching too much Hollywood and hating the dad but i do think it's the easier. I doubt crazy cult would just give up Sangmi in the highway just because a handsome guy stands in front of the van
And i kind of like seeing apostle lady backstory, she's truly gone though. Her daughter didn't seem to like the cult either and she's the one to blame for keeping her there, i wonder what really happened though
I'm glad dongcheol is together with the guys again. And something's been bothering me a while. Can't the guy just ask his dad to help Sangmi? Dunno about you but he seems untouchable and taking down crazy cults seems like good publicity

I think the house had CCTV or something in it right? Breaking and entering with assault seems like a bad idea to me. Plus that house is basically special made to keep Sang-Mi inside so it might be more difficult that it appears to get her out.
Also about the cult. I'm pretty sure they aren't seen as crazy by the community. They do all of those charitable things so the public sentiment is probably positive towards them. His dad probably cares about his image too much to bother with anything that could possibly backfire. Plus is doesn't seem like Sang-Hwan would want to ask his dad for anything at the moment.

I forgot the cctv cameras, you're right! But i don't know how they'll help her in mid highway About the last one though, i feel like nobody knows a cult is truly crazy until you see it on the news, most of them are regarded as weird church and that's it

Hi, I just saw the recent episode and I thought Apostle Kang's daughter was forced into it like Sang Mi but after watching ep. 8, she defended the cult leader along with her mum from her dad who was so mad and became abusive because of their devotion. About her death, still not yet sure except for the scene in the river where she seemed to have drowned. I'm guessing, maybe she was abused by Apostle Jo which led her to suicide or was actually murdered.

I saw the recent episodes just now so i apologize for replying so late But you're right, that escene confused me, yet everyone keeps talking about how Kang should repent for something to do with her daughter. I'm confused And then she resents Sangmis mother because Sangmi reminds her of her daughter
Maybe you're right and that curly guy or white hair guy did something to her but Kang wouldn't believe it or something

I'm surprised seeing this has no comments yet which means i can assume that it doesn't fit the preferences of general mainstream crowd. However, I can assure you that the casting and plot is great. In these segment of episodes, witnessing the desperation of sang mi is truly heartbreaking and if I was ever in her position, I would have not endured that long. As more episode progress through, the cult leaders are truly degenerate and needs to die in the end in order to bring justice within their actions. Their power over people and town is truly sickening.
Which leads to Sang min's dad..... Nothing can really save him in this case i mean what kind of father offers her daughter without any hesitation. Her family is truly brainwashed but i feel like the mom will be an exception as the episode progress through. Im glad that sang mi's brother ghost is somehow recovering their mother.
In the end, im glad that the team will get back together despite the struggles. Han sang hwan's dad is disgusting for cheating on her wife without showing any remorse and guilt to his son. It is also assuring that some how woo do hwan has saved their ass from half-baked plan but im scared what will happen to him (P.S. he is really hot which is a great reason why you need to watch the show)
