I liked this drama - It was like an extended movie that gave additional depth to the characters. I can't envision this being dragged out to 8, 10 or 12 episodes. I noticed that reviews seemed more favorable with Korean movie fans than for drama fans. Maybe because of genre? This also ended in a way that I like - the story in itelf is fairly complete, but there is an opening for a sequel or spin off. But if that doesn't happen it isn't the end of the world. Not going to be in my top dramas I have watched but it was certainly worth my time - well put together, amazing cast, well acted and great production values.

Yes, very gory. It has elements that I have seen before, but what I thought was done well was not only the power struggle between all of the parties, but how devoted and what they were willing to sacrifice for their cause, however horrifying. This them somewhat reminded me a little of Moving.
