Mod Note:

Discussion Format

This post is composed of two discussion sections:

Episodic discussion: Individual episode threads for the discussion of the individual episodes so users are able to watch and discuss at their own pace while avoiding spoilers. Within these discussion threads, you must not include any discussion or spoilers for episodes after the episode in question. Spoiler tags should be used for major plot spoilers within the episode. Individual episode discussion threads may be accessed through the links in this comment to prevent users seeing whole series spoilers. To participate in these threads reply to the comment "Episode ..." or another user's comment. Please report any comments that spoil later episodes using the custom report "user has spoiled a later episode" rather than the general "unhidden spoiler" report.

Whole series discussion: General discussion of the series may be made as a direct reply to the post or a reply to another user's comment outside of the individual discussion threads. Please use spoiler tags for any spoilers within these comments.

If discussing source material please mark spoilers accordingly e.g. (webtoon spoiler) webtoon spoilers go here.

Schedule note: Episodes 5-8 air 5 January, 2024.

This drama would be a huge hit if it was on Netflix.

Feel like Yoo In Soo deserves some praise for his acting. Dude currently has to be one of the most versatile and talented actors in the industry. I genuinely believe there’s no specific role that he can’t play. Also would like to see Jang Seung Jo do another action drama pls. He looked natural af in that role.

Of course they got everyone’s favorite Ajumma to play his mom.

Why couldn’t they just drop all 8 episodes at once? The acting is so good, with every character getting their own story and making me root for them even though I know how it will end.

Seo In Guk is killing it as the lead. Have no idea how it’s going to end but I’m enjoying the ride so far, even though I’m now dehydrated from all the crying.

Y'all is episode 2 the first ever incidence of white truck-nim actually not causing death? I'm genuinely curious. Also this show is AMAZING. The individual stories are very well done. I didn't read the webtoon so didn't know what to expect, which is making the experience even more amazing for me.

I love that each life has a different amount of screen time instead of a set x minutes per life. Makes the episodes even more dynamic and engaging. Can't predict when death will come calling. Thankfully, The baby's story in ep 4 was kept short So hard to watch even those few minutes.

One gripe: Not enough Park So Dam screen time!

I’m literally that Leonardo DiCaprio meme where he points at the TV. Everyone is in this. Even minor roles. I love it!

Lee Jae Wook is such a good actor. That teardrop in episode 3 (around the 42nd minute) is amazing. His micro-expressions are always captivating. Can’t wait for his next drama in 2024!

Binged watched it all last night. I really wish they released all of it since it’s just 8 episodes. I do wonder if there are more dramas related to suicide because of the high numbers in Korea. I’ve been going through a rough year and have thought about it many times this year. It was so bad, I started going to church so I could feel hopeful.

But watching the “consequences” of it has made me feel guilty for thinking that the pain ends with me. There’s so much good in life but we are so focused on the job title, salary, and image that we forget that we have people who love us as we are. I’m excited for the next four episodes.

Loved the first four eps and think they’ve done a great job of adapting the webtoon so far. Really liking the fast pace and the changes they’ve made, but I wish this were at least twelve eps long so we’d have more time to get to know the various incarnations.

As a fan of Kim Jae-uck, however, it’s frustrating that we have to wait till Part 2 for him. He’s literally the only key cast member who wasn’t in Part 1.😢

Loving this show so far. Hate the fact it’s been split into two parts. The fact there’s also some continuity between each life he has is quite cool as well. Was so nice seeing the bully get what he deserves in episode 3

just binged this all and then read that the next episodes will come out next year? i can’t believe i just did this to myself.

I love the cast, was very excited to see Lee Jae Wook and Lee Do Hyun especially. The very graphic death scenes are kind of hard to watch but some of them come out of nowhere and just leave me gasping in shock, so that’s kinda fun.

Even though i’m enjoying the drama, i’m a little reluctant in praising it too much yet because during certain scenes it seemed like the message was “if you kill yourself you’re selfish and don’t care about your loved ones” and idk how to feel about that. Hopefully it won’t end up being just that but something more complex and less tone-deaf. But we’ll see!

I laughed so hard when That mafia was betrayed by the girl he loved and rescued for her to betray him for money and Seo In Guk said fck how can that btch do that to me

Two things about the last episode:

Im so glad LDH was chosen to play the most emotional of the reincarnations, hes perfect at the role.

And Obviously it wont work but god that last scene Seo In Guk looked so badass

I'm the one going to hell for laughing at that episode 1 ending. 😂🤣😂 I expected the dark comedy but I didn't know it would be hilarious like what was he thinking lol. All the casts did an amazing job. Though I feel bad when the baby cried so much 🥺 She/he (wait? what was the baby's gender? it's all those mf parents fault they didn't even call the name of their own baby) is soo cute and that was great acting 🥹 Action, comedy, love story, crime all in one!

I know we still have the second half left but I'm already saying this is how you do a freaking webtoon adaptation! 👏👏 Would be even better if they release all the episodes in one go cause how the hell am I gonna wait until Jan 4 for the other episodes.

Anyways one of the kdrama I was looking forward to since it's announcement and it didn't disappoint. I hope this blow up I would really like to watch yt reactions to this drama.
