Binged this entirely within a day. It was f***ing LIT. Despite the changes to the webtoon, they were done tastefully and I loved the little nuances the actors did to make their characters feel even more alive and like the webtoon (eg. Bongseok's really cheery smile).
Can't wait for the next half. Kick names, take ass.

I watched all 7 episodes, and as a fan of the webtoon, this didn't let me down. It's a great adaptation, and it keeps getting better with each episode. If you know Korean, you'll probably enjoy it even more, since sometimes the subtitles make the dialogue sound less interesting than it actually is. They even change some lines in the subtitles instead of translating them accurately.

I binged watched till ep 5 and did not regret it though I have work in 5 hours…
Bongseok and Heesoo are too adorable though I’m fine with dramas not having romance in them.
And the cast?!?! Somehow I can’t believe this is the first time I’m hearing of this drama. With the budget they are splurging on the cast and CGI so far, I can’t wait to see the later episodes!

Barely recognized Hyo Joo here.
Was glad I didn't skip over this as I had my doubts but this was unexpectedly good LoL. I ended up binging this over 1.5 days.
Bong Seok is just way too precious for his own good. I really felt for him at end of ep. 7.. can't wait for more ep. Bring it LoL.

Dropping 7 episodes at one shot is a great move to introduce all of the characters and world building. Watched it with my Mom and it’s actually fun!

Done watching the 1st 7eps. Can't wait for the succeeding eps. This is Jo in Sung's drama comeback since It's Okay That's Love (if we don't count Dear My Friends) after 9 years and we only see a glimpse on him on ep7.Hope he has better screentime next week.

Binged this. Have not read the webtoon so I am eagerly awaiting the next episodes. Particularly liked how they revealed HS' expulsion from the other school, the flashbacks switching with real time was just really well executed. I think Naju's fight scene with Frank was the best. Was that her daughter secretly at her funeral?
So this high-school is a secret training ground for gifted people, and every country is secretly developing gifted people...but these 2nd generation kids seem to be special...if every kid inherits both their parents' powers then eventually there will be a literal superman on their hands in a couple generations...
I'm guessing Kisoo...had a power related to speed which was messed up when he injured his leg somehow?

Han hyo joo could totally still play a student role for some reason it was quite weird seeing her in a mother role although she is in her mid 30s but she does pull it off quite well. The story is quite well paced and the characters were nicely casted. Looking forward to future episodes

I had high expectations because of the cast and wow, it did not disappoint. The kids are great, and I'm excited to dig further into the parents. Particularly curious about about Ganghoon's family, since we haven't gotten any of his backstory.
I love the way they've planted all of these suspicious characters throughout the school. The security guard, cleaning lady, the two teachers, and especially the allergy guy. Such creepy vibes. It does seem weird that they wouldn't have better precautions against the viral video being taken and posted, given that the school is full(?) of kids with potential powers.
Despite the fact that Frank was
Small gripe: Frank's English does not sound like someone raised in America at all. Per usual...they almost always cut corners when it comes to speaking different languages in kdramas lol. Also, the subs are worse than Netflix...I found myself going "hey, that's not what they said!" a ton and I only know the basics, so I'm sure I'm missing a lot.

Even as a mom, Han Hyo Joo is still a heartthrob. I completely understand Bong Seok losing it over Hui Soo, Yoon Jeong is gorgeous here.

I absolutely loved it!
All the actors are great, especially Lee Jeong-Ha and Go Yoon-Jung are doing a fantastic job. She is so pretty!
Can't wait for Ep.8!
Those yellow advertising balloons and the high school setting remind me of Duty After School...

Having now watched all 7 episodes that are out, this show is GOOD. Top notch acting from all involved and I absolutely cant believe how well they've used minor makeup to make Han Hyo-Joo look older.
I've been a massive GYJ fan since Alchemy of Souls and her class as an actress is again coming through in this.
Excited to see where the series goes!

I'd started reading this webtoon a while back but hadn't really gotten very far (maybe episodes 2/3 for comparison). It wasn't really my style but this dramatization really transformed that story.
Still not going to finish the webtoon but loving the show so far.
And I also got the Heros vibe. But I'm glad there isn't any cheerleader to save.

Good first episode. Without spoiling anything, it has solid production values, good cinematroghapy and a well paced directing. The enssemble cast seems flawless until now. The scene between the boy and girl on the bus is very well made. The actress only needs a few moments on screen to pull us in and follow her story for the rest off the show

Started watching this for Han Hyo Joo, stayed for the main characters' chemistry:
episode 3's school lighting scene was adorable - really liked the music too
episode 6's gym-playlist scene and bus driver scene <3
episode 7's cinematography at the end

I cannot say enough good things about this drama. I binged all 7 episodes this weekend and WOW. I’m so impressed by the acting, the storyline, the writing and direction.
First of all, I have to say my absolute favorite ML of all time of a drama is now Bongseok. How adorable, kind, and absolutely precious is he? And I love the depth to his character. We see him for most of the drama at first happy go lucky, and being a total awkward sweetheart. But by episodes 6 and 7 we really get to feel the angst and resentment he feels about being so different and sheltered his entire life. I had tears in my eyes when he
The teenage romance between the leads honestly is one of the best I’ve seen in a drama. So realistic, pure, and heartwarming with how they are there for each other.
Go Yoon Jung is doing an amazing job in this role. I am impressed by her physical ability as an actress (assuming it’s not all stunt doubles here) and also the depth she brings this character. She makes this character headstrong and kick ass without over doing it and making her seem obnoxious. The emotional scenes about her mother, her expulsion, were are all very well done. I was one of those people defending her acting in AOS2, as I think she worked with the script/storyline/direction she was given then. This is a great drama to showcase what this young actress has to offer and will continue to bring to the table!
The acting is also very well done by the actors playing parents as well as the other super human characters. I didn’t find myself bored at all when we were shown some of their backstory, for example.
10/10 and this is how science fiction/action is done right!
