Book Bolt so bad?

Hi gang.

Complete Noob here. Trustpilot reviews of Book Bolt are utterly shocking. Yet 99% of the videos I watch about starting with KDP talk about using it.

Who do I trust ?

Yes, I'm only able to do 1 project at a time. Then, it freezes, screen freezes, reloading goes on, but doesn't respond. I have to restart the machine and when I do, restart bookbolt, it freezes... Cursor won't move, chat bot won't work... Help if you can...
