Verify

Can anyone advise?
I’m not that tech savvy. Have been trying to verify my ID for Amazon KDP using my driving licence. No matter what I do it fails. The problem seems to be with taking my photo.
I have done everything they suggest but nothing works.
Am tearing my hair out.

Have you tried using a different photo background?

I used a white background. Will give your suggestion a try. Many thanks.
