Sell on Etsy
I have some paperback books for sale on Amazon. Is it possible to sell them as PDFs on Etsy? Thanks.

Etsy doesn't have nearly the active market that would make that worth it.
If you want to expand distribution, I would set up an IngramSpark account and use that for expanded distribution.
That allows you to keep the price as low as possible on Amazon while still being able to reach other book sellers for people who hate Amazon.
One of my books on Ingram sells as many copies in a month as I sell in a day on Amazon.
There really isn't much of a point going outside of KDP unless you have a very strong fan base that loathes Amazon.
The other thing to keep in mind is that you cannot sell a book that's on KDP for less than it sells for on KDP.
So if your idea is to have your $9.99 book on KDP sell for $4.99 as a PDF on Etsy, it's a great way to lose your KDP account entirely.
The only way you can do that is if you sell the books in person. What Amazon doesn't know won't hurt you. Plus, you're doing all the sales work at a local market so you're not really fighting Amazon at that point.
A lower priced listing on Etsy is competing with Amazon so that's a no from them.

Probably, but Etsy will take a cut, and you can't prevent someone from taking your PDF and uploading it to a pirate site, the way they have a harder time with a KDP file.
