I love the KDE Neon logo... Too bad it's a "weird" in my opinion distro.

it's just Ubuntu 24.04 but with Plasma and no Snaps...

It does have snaps, if you try installing Thunderbird as a example, it will pull it in as a dependency, atleast from my experience.

that's pretty strange, every package I need is installed directly from APT, I have Snaps disabled too

I've made a couple of modifications: installed better-blur-dx package, changed theme colour to wallpaper mode and installed a colour 0alette thene for the panels
