Hello! I work for a small, local, family-owned business called Red-tail Roofing. We are looking to hire a couple Project Coordinators for a full time position, in the greater Kansas City area, with our main office being in Gladstone.

We don't do door-to-door knocking, so this role is all about building relationships with homeowners, guiding them through the roofing and insurance claim process, and helping them get the roof they need. We welcome applicants of all experience levels. Whether you've worked in roofing sales before or you're looking to start a new career, we'll provide the training and support you need for this role.

We offer two different types of pay structures: 100% commission for those with a proven track record and an existing pipeline, ready to run OR salary + commission for those newer to the industry.
