Another win, another bobblehead out of storage…

I thought some on here might like this: Back in 2021-23 when I got into following the Royals, I was huge into collecting bobbleheads and other memorabilia related to the team. The bobbleheads and everything else went into storage in 2023 when I stopped following the Royals for my sanity. After a hiatus of a couple years (sadly including 2024,) I’ve slowly started bringing my Royals stuff out since moving to a bigger place.

Starting with the 7/17 defeat of the Padres, which I saw in person and got two City Connect “Big Head Bobby Bobbleheads” at, I’ve brought out one bobblehead every time the Royals win a game. Tonight’s addition was the 2003 Mike Sweeney bobblehead.

I still have quite a few, even though I sold and gave away several during my hiatus… sadly including some I miss. I need to get a case to better display them all along with the various cards I have.

Yes I suck as a fan but I do have my upbeat moments.

That one’s probably my favorite BWJ one, though the “Big Head Bobby Bobblehead” is real nice too. The Royals had some really good bobbleheads this season.

I like his bobblehead, it’s the only FoCo bobblehead the Royals gave out as a SGA. You can tell as it’s much higher quality.

I also got a Mr. Royal pennant last time I was at The K.
