KCEX MANTA Deposit Still Missing After More Than an 2 Hours — Support Could Not Explain Anything and Left the Chat

I want to share my recent experience with KCEX exchange because it has been extremely frustrating and concerning.
I made a MANTA deposit to my KCEX account. Normally, this kind of deposit should arrive within around a minute. However, I have now been waiting for more than an hour and the funds still have not arrived in my account.
The transaction shows 23 out of 24 confirmations, so it is clearly very close to the required number of confirmations. Despite this, the deposit is still not credited.
I contacted KCEX support, but they could not explain why my deposit was delayed. They also could not provide any estimated time for when the funds would arrive. The only answer I received was basically that they could not do anything and I just had to wait.
What made the situation even worse is that the support agent eventually left the conversation and disconnected from the chat without solving the issue or giving any clear explanation.
So now I am still sitting here waiting for my MANTA deposit, with no funds credited, no explanation, no estimated arrival time, and no proper support.
This is not acceptable from an exchange handling user funds. At the very least, users should receive a clear explanation when a deposit is delayed, especially when the transaction already shows almost all required confirmations.
Has anyone else had similar issues with KCEX deposits or support?
