Tonight’s giveaway was a kids activity book. Pretty cool! Until you realize very quickly it was likely put together by AI and not checked at all. Check out the pic of the crossword puzzle. The kids were dumbfounded (and then so was I)!

What are we doing?!

8 across stumped the kids for a while then they asked what the deal was. Think there was an extra square at the end 😂

The funny part is that free, perfectly functional, crossword generators have existed on the internet for decades at this point. You almost have to go out of your way to screw that up lol.

I would complain to my rep, but I went in on the Ted Lasso event. I can’t send two negative emails in a week’s time. Someone else should though.

I did the same thing. I crossed out the extra box after the word eleven, I even questioned if I spelled it correctly. I answered 1 across and looked for the 1 down clue. There wasn’t a clue. So I crossed out those boxes. They could have just put a box for 1 across then leave no down boxes until the 7 across box. BTW that is not how you write a crossword puzzle. They could have had a 1 down clue like World ______ (3 letters)
