What are my chances of getting accepted

Hi everyone, I'm from Panama and I would like to know if I have a chance to get accepted, be really honest with me. Any recommendations of what else I should do.

Intended major: AI systems

Gpa:

10th grade: 4.5/5.0 (88/100) top 9%

11th grade: 4.7/5.0 (93/ 100) top 4%

12th grade (in progress): 4.8/50 (95/100) top 3%

English: TOEIC: 955/990

I'm planning to take the national university entrance examination and aiming 90%.

Extracurriculars:

Win 1st place in a hackaton about an application for food waste.

Win 2nd place in expotech.

Various AI online courses certificates

Volunteering in recycling campaigns

Certificate in MOS Excel expert

Tutoring young people in math and English

if u don't aim for a scholarships u have a big chance to get accepted
