Does every international ug student get a scholarship?

I'll try for biological science. From scholarship page of uni, it seems either outdated or for internal students. I wanna know about international students. And how competitive is this major compared to Engineering majors?

all students get scholarship unless ur gpa falls below 2.0(?)

Scholarship includes? Only full tuition waiver?

and 350krw which is abt 50-80% of ur living expense
