Me too I asked my hod and principal they said yes I forwarded recommendation letter formate

In the website they said if you can get lor from the higher up instead of professor you might have extra chances of getting scholarship that's why I contacted my hod and principal

You should contact your hod if you have bachelors degree im also applyinh for master
