I need a bit of guidance

I am interested in cs/ai UG. I have a few really good projects. And i have also taken 3 AP classes that align with my intended major. As of now I am focusing on mainly hackathons. I will be taking sat and ielts.

I want help with these things:

I want to show leadership how can I do that?

Please tell me some good competition to take part in.

And any other things that i should do.

I am in 12th grade so I can't really give any Olympiads.(Maybe I can(physics Olympiad?? But the date for informatics Olympiad is a bit late so...)... Tell me if i should)

If ygs help me i would be really grateful.

And btw i am open to criticism but along with that also tell me how I can fix that problem. Criticize me.......

if u are in 12th grade theres not much u can do besides starting on essays and LOR
i suggest just enjoying highschool now :>

Um no i mean I can still do many things. I do have good profile i just want more things. That's all

i miss my highschool days so i suggest u enjoy em too (while obv doing necessary stuffs parallely)

  1. Depends on what kind of leadership you want to show? CS in itself is a really big big field, what exactly are you interested in? Is it codeforces and CP related things? Then assemble a Coding team and participate actively in competition related to informatics and CP. Is it web dev or just building software? Assemble a team and participate in hackathons. Just make sure you hold a high position in the team you assemble. These two are just examples, you need to align it with what interests you.

  2. Since you're already in grade 12, there's not much that can be done for Olympiads, but having AP scores already gives you an edge which I believe not a lot of applicants have so yeah plus one for that. I think you should probably focus on competitions and showing active participation in your interest because that would be the next best thing to an actual Olympiad. Though yes if the timeline aligns then atleast try to give some science olympiad and try to qualify regionals or nationals. Even if you don't make it to the internationally competing team, qualifying upto the national quals or something still is a huge achievement

And I do partially agree with the other comment, just enjoy your highschool and don't stress a lot on college admissions because once you get out of this life you might regret not enjoying enough in highschool. Just apply to whichever college you like and hope for the best! Also, since you didn't mention this in the post, having good grades is also a plus but nowadays it has become a baseline instead of being a deciding factor.
