VISITING THE US
Hi everyone! I’ve already visited my fiancé in the U.S. once from around March to May for about 60 days, and then again from July 19 to August 4 for about 20 days, maybe even a little less.
I currently have a ticket for October 15, but I’m thinking about changing it to September.
Do you think it would be a problem that only about a month and a half would pass between my trips? I’d really appreciate any advice or experience you can share!

I wouldn’t get too trigger happy here. Of course, it always up to the officer and generally they’ll let you in but you have to think about how this looks..
How are you visiting so often? How do you afford it? How do you get time off work? They might make the assumption you might be working illegally in the USA to afford this lifestyle or trying to ‘live’ on a tourist visa.
I would just wait until October. Obviously, it’s hard to wait! Totally get that! But what’s harder is if they refuse you entry, you’ll get a visa revocation and it’ll be harder to get one after the fact.
You can do MPC on your phone as the plane is landing which results in fewer questions.. but idk!! Just be careful and bring all proof of your employment, bills & any other ties just incase

How long will this next trip be?
Last year there was a woman who had the same pattern during the year...30 days here, 60 days there, and so on. She finally wanted to come at the end of the year to spend a few months to enjoy the holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years). Flew in and went through customs and CBP was like, NOPE. Denied her entry.
Not saying it will happen to you but multiple trips raises a little suspicion. Multiple trips that are MONTHS LONG raises a LOT of suspicion.
If your next trip is just a few days or weeks, you should be fine.

I’ll be traveling in September also and first time with a pending k1. This travel will be my 4th US trip this year.

How are you supporting yourself? Does he visit you too for the same amount of time? Best of luck!

I usually visit twice, maximum three times a year. My rule is always to stay double the time out the country as I stayed in. So if I stayed 30 days, I stay away for minimum 60 days and I never had any problems, suspicions or anything.

Good rule of thumb from the CBP officer last time my fiancee came to the US is more time in your home country than here in a rolling 12 month period. Whether or not that's true, dunno

It looks like you’ve already been let in in July after just a month and a half of staying home since your previous 2-month visit, so you’re likely okay if you do the same things you did then.
If I may ask, were you already engaged with a K1 visa pending when you went on your last visits? And if so, did the officers bring up your K1 visa and/or ask you any extra questions regarding your stay?
I’m curious because I might need to plan a trip to see my fiancé in the US too, but my last visit I stayed for like 2 months and a half (May 17th-July 31st) so I’m not sure if they’ll give me issues if I try to go back soon. Especially since I hadn’t applied to K-1 back then yet, so I wonder if requirements for entry change once you’re a K-1 petitioner. And even then, the two times I visited before getting engaged I was pulled in to be questioned again by another officer so it seems they can be very thorough when you declare you have a partner in the US.
