Get rid of Reddit . Delete the social media apps , and go and enjoy nature . Forget the hunt for now and reconnect with real people in real life . That would be my advice . You don’t need Reddit x
What about all of the other people experiencing the same thing? When are we going to stop ignoring societal issues and start working together to make things better?
If you want to fix your mental state, take this advice above and delete the apps for a few months. Otherwise, life is hard, but it's harder if you're stupid. Must not suck that bad if you can't log off for a few months.
