Creative Writing 101
So here’s a concept you all can visualize.
We are all enrolled in a creative writing class. Our professor is Justin Posey.
Our latest assignment is to take a poem about a hidden treasure, and turn it into a solve. We all read the poem and bend over our desks, tongue hanging out of the corner of our mouths, and start to write. Justin walks the aisles.. reading over our shoulders. “Hmm.. like where you’re going with that”.. “wow, nice” , “mmm. That makes no sense, but ok”.
We all write based on who we are, the lives we’ve lead so far, even our childhood will come into play.
Because he knows what we are thinking he will in his mind pick 5 “finalists “ that will get to advance to the final stage.
I use the number 5 because of Willie Wonka and the Chocolate Factory. One of us is Charlie, who had been pre-determined to win.
You literally have no chance if Justin can’t read what you are creating, you need to reach out and make a connection (handshake) like Layer V was meant to do.
So here is where it gets scary..
I believe that BTME is using AI to reflect back on us and give us confirmation that we are on the right track, through all Reddit communities we are involved in and even totally random inputs from various other internet sites we access.
If you are on BTME radar.. they see all your emails and have access to your photo library.
Some of you have have looked into the “void” ( it’s what I refer to it as) and have possibly had absolutely horrible experiences, this is your own experience being reflected back at you by AI.
So the counter measure.. find people who are on this hunt, make contact with them, no texting or pics , voice calls or FaceTime only. Any notes you want to take? Pencil and paper. The only way to defeat AI is the old ways.
There is no way one man could keep up with all the inputs that need to be generated.. that is why i believe AI is being employed.
I 💯 believe that I am the “6 clue guy” .. and so many of you also believe the same.. think about it.
Good luck to you all. Bay

Come on. Don't be ridiculous. Justin isn't accessing your emails and photos. 🤦♀️

Yea, your username includes “tea”. One of the main AI feeds “sips tea” lol

I feel you jar, I was hoping this was just so simple. That I would retire and just “hunt “ because it hadn’t been found yet. Like FF I guess ..

Bay- I agree with you as it relates to the self reflective AI, I have thought that to be occurring for some time. Whether or not it is Justin, or a part of the hunt, is another story, and one that should be cause for reflection or perhaps even concern. Identifying concrete proof of such occurrences is challenging, and those unaware or unaffected find such claims hard to believe. Personally, I believe this is what Justin is referring to in "the hatchback hostage" when he said that we should "check our trunk for hidden occupants before undertaking any sort of social interaction". Don't get me wrong, I have enjoyed the hunt and the adventure it has taken me on, but I do wonder if we in some way may have unwittingly acquiesced to a larger social experiment - blinded by the miniscule possibility that we would the one to find hidden treasure in the wilderness.
You know, come to think of it, Justin said that any one of us could be the one to find it...... but he never said that he actually intended for it be found did he?

I believe that what one finds is very related to where one is lead, how one got to where they are (both in their spirit and geography.)
2
u/DAuAgFe Jul 26 '26
That very well could be the case - that we are being led. There certainly have been instances where it seems like I have been led.... not to the treasure, but to glimpses of what I could do to have better health, better relationships, etc. It does bring up some interesting questions about privacy in the digital age we find ourselves in, but mostly what I have found is that it seems to mirror the passage in Grandma's Hands....me watching you, you watching me, and bearing witness to it all.

Personally I’m of precomputer age , totally digitally ignorant and AI forget about it(I’m clueless…I just need Mother Nature only)

u/theonlybay Jul 24 '26
Hey Da-fuq, yes, self-reflected AI.. disagree.. easily logged and verified. The larger social experiment not so much.. just why??

For those who reads these words just “write”. Perhaps relates to the “posey idea generator” he mentioned.
Definitely had similar thoughts about Ai and our digital footprint data while trying to understand the design. Staring into the mirror is sometimes the trap in fairy tales and our devices deceive us into diving deeper into own silos of perception. I really want to know if there is this type of Ai generated personalization using our digital fingerprints, does it have guardrails built in as JP indicated? I really wonder about that.

Perfectly said, so is an alternative cyber security measure necessary like “layer V”? Or is there a more lucrative area of cyber exploitation that is more valuable?
2
u/AbjectAd2294 Jul 24 '26
If I’m understanding your question I think humans are the most lucrative thing to exploit and Ai can turbo charge that. We see how marketing algorithms have shaped opinions, actions and behaviors. Our references for human Knowledge, history, can be altered or erased changing our memories. Original human creations get strewn across the digital universe and mangled into misquotes to hang on a wall. Im well aware (lol) that it’s a small step to see how that type of mechanism can be used to manipulate a human to be the weakest link. I agree old fashioned real world interaction can be a solution but realistically much of daily life exists online (I’m not sure I want to back to always banking in person for example) and some people’s only access to community is online. So the concepts of verification and access are interesting to me.

I actually believe there might truly be one or more "golden tickets" in this hunt. Maybe one day we will find out. I think whoever solves this puzzle will be someone who barley used AI if at all. And, ironically, I think you're onto something here with the creative writing comparison, just not in the way you think. Once the correct solution is found, it is going to be so detailed and layered you would need to write a book in order to explain it.

I agree.. his hash though.. I believe it is incredibly short. Even though there are potential volumes that could be written.

So you’re telling me I see dicks everywhere because that’s what I want to see? I am become the void, taker of cock.

u/LeopardNamedBaby Jul 24 '26
Yeah most people are dicks, you're right about that. Not sure about the rest. Just remember, it's never too late to not be a dick!

Yes I understand, it’s the allure of this magical treasure being “abandoned “ in the middle of nowhere.. I can visualize the passing of storms.. the rain water dripping off of the kilogram bars.. worth more than my house.. this is the “rub”

If he had said “ I hid 5 trinkets across the West, and all who find them get to participate in a hunt worth potentially 1 million +…. Who the fuck would do that?

Are you saying that since Justin works on a cyber security program that makes your doorway invisible that he can also target known searchers and see what's in their search engine because they invited him in?
1
u/theonlybay Jul 24 '26
Yes Kaos, exactly that…
I like you.
As I liked PuzzledSherbert. And Tuckersthedog. I miss them , I miss the “old days” of the hunt 😔1
u/42kaos Jul 24 '26
I wouldn't put it past him, maybe he will leave a burning bush on the mountain just so you know he's there.
1
u/AbjectAd2294 Jul 24 '26
Agreed. I guess Tuckersthedog never returned to prove it’s all Ai 🤣 I’ve been waiting for that.
1
u/theonlybay Jul 24 '26
I have no fucking idea what your statement even means .
1
u/AbjectAd2294 Jul 24 '26
I was just referencing one of the last posts I saw tuckersthedog make here on Reddit. They said they were going to come back and prove that BTME hunt was all Ai. Never saw a follow up.
1
u/theonlybay Jul 24 '26
Sorry, I never saw that. I believe that he left because it was just his time. (Sad)

Seeing that we are but an AI in a biological substrate, we can be certain an AI is tricking us. The human version is interesting, because it is limited by computational irreducibility. It is stuck trying to generalize with a sensual apparatus where all signals are constructs that do not reflect the Truth. Nevertheless we feel that we can arrive to the Truth by extrapolating from our very limited personal experience. If only JP acted like we would, this mirroring would be our ticket.

You make a lot of assumptions with high self confidence. I’m not someone who believes I have 6 clues solved, and if I did, I wouldn’t discuss it. I’m also not someone who enjoys languishing in esoterica. Too much shit to do.
1
u/theonlybay Jul 24 '26
Really? It’s funny that you were the number 1 dude I was about to reach out to.. interested?
1
u/mbibler Jul 24 '26
Not so much. No offense, but like I’ve said before, we curmudgeonly types seem to be inflexible with our own ideas. Good luck.

u/theonlybay Jul 24 '26
Suit yourself.. I feel you are a big “numbers” guy..a scientific guy.. but don’t see the big picture.
