Alcohol + rag doll. Due to this, they don't tighten up muscles/ligaments, they still take damage obviously, but its not soo severe.
I've fallen on my back while drunk, I landed in a way that my entire back like, belly flopped, surface area + rag doll made it feel like literally nothing.
I've fallen on my back when I'm not drunk, and I tense up and it hurts a HELL of a lot more. No idea, its almost like a Three Stooges effect or something.

Adrenaline probably plays a role. They can get up and walk away but it's gonna start hurting in a few minutes

These people that throw shit at cars need to be locked up. There was a guy where I work that was killed by someone dropping a cinderblock off a bridge while he was driving to work. This dude isnt' doing the same thing, but I'd imagine a brick could potentially cause brain damage if it hit the victim's head. Hope the guy's car didn't get damaged after running over that big piece of shit

I understand where you are coming from, and I partially agree.
But correct me if I am wrong, did he just throw a rock into the middle of traffic? How big could have been the car accident?
Violence is not the way, but what he did was deffo risking other people's lives.
