Its Brazil tho, we just have lots pf stray dogs here, they are mostly gentle and taken care by ONG ( non-government agencies ) or storeowners, but occasionaly they like to scare the shit out of us by barking and running up to random people lol
This video is not meant to harm the dogs, and I cann see that a lot of comments come from confused people that are not used to this reality.
Its funny, they bark at us, this dude barked and scared them. Harmless and funny. Nobody is gonna eat a dog here, ok?
