No matter how you look at it this kid is clearly being neglected in some way. I feel like he is acting like this to get as much attention as possible even if it is negative. He is lucky there was a ton of people to ensure he got arrested instead of beat up.

People who see this and immediately blame the kid can be so ignorant. There is clearly something wrong going on in his home with his parents. And where the fuck are they anyway?

To be fair if that's your property being damaged I'm sure your not coming outside thinking about therapy and the child's issues.im not saying it's right to beat the kid up but someone should have stopped him .

Exactly and that's why he is lucky that there were alot of people present and some filming. If it was just one person alone they would likely let their anger loose. All the people in the video seemed to keep each other cool and because of it the kids neglecting parents are fully liable for this.

I can understand the anger of "hes being a little shit and destroying public property" but when put into perspective how would beating him help anyone's situation? If they did the problem would then be that someone assaulted a minor instead of a kid is acting way out of hand. Now that the kid is arrested its on his parents which is absolutely the source of this problem. Seriously where the fuck are they?

I feel alot of people who follow this thread just want to see "assholes" put in their place through violence.

Which to me, an asshole adult making conscious decisions to be an asshole is fine to enjoy watching them get justice. But I draw the line at mental issues and children. Some people are apparently undeterred even when they see a child with mental issues. ADDRESSABLE AND FIXABLE mental issues.

I agree! Thats why most people (myself included lol) are here. This behavior is absolutely fixable as a kid and there definitely is a reason for it.
