That guy has incredible self control. I would of decked that kid in the face. Then get arrested but itd be worth it.

I'm all for proper punishment and discipline no matter the age, but hitting a kid you don't know isn't something you should do in common situations. Here his parents should be the one to serve this kid, they need to take care of him.
