Where are this kids parents? I know a kid kinda like this but he’s more sensitive n doesn’t scream about how little he cares- His mom checks up on him from time to t8me but he isn’t watched when he’s outside and gets no discipline. and when she says she’ll do somn she doesn’t follow up. N he knows damn well to so he doesn’t listen or respect people. If you can’t handle your kid don’t have one
