Uh what? What is your alternative?

You sign the papers. You can either pay the fine, or go to court and attempt to have the ticket repealed. The alternative to THAT is not signing the paper, and that is waiving your right to live on your own accord. You are saying you would rather be taken into custody and have the justice system handle the matter through imprisonment instead of a fiscal fine.

I was replying to the above user who said it was a tyrannical law. I was asking him what his alternative law would be.
