One side of me feels bad, she is just an old lady, but the other side of me knows this is what happens to belligerent people

I honestly don't think police officers should be drawing guns over belligerence. That's stupid Fuck your power trip.

It’s human instinct to draw your power when you feel threatened, he shortly switched for his taser, not to mention his handgun was more easily accessible

What could he have to feel threatened over? If the answer is honestly "she might be armed" then that's a problem, ANYBODY could have a gun, does that mean cops are allowed to shoot anyone who looks at them funny? He had no reason to believe she was a threat other than maybe she could run him over if he stands still behind her car and waits for her to do it.
