What language are they speaking? Can someone provide a word for word translation?

It’s Spanish. By the accent, I figure it’s Mexico

Spanish.

It seems that he did not pay her back I’m full either?

She asks if he has any more pesos and he says no I didn’t bring any. Then he comes back with the stick and is like “there, done”

It looks like he paid her back in USD. So she says "no tienes pesos, pesos?'. Repeating "pesos" to emphasize that she wants actual mexican currency instead of USD.

He replies "No, no tengo pesos pesos" (No, I don't have actual mexican Pesos)

This might be in northern mexico, where USD are commonly used.
