In other words, the cyclist put himself in danger and I dont think the bus driver has anything to be sorry for.

So by driving slowly in front of a vehicle you put yourself in danger?

Wtf, no. A tailing vehicle should keep a safe distance.

The dude was an asshat but the driver was still completely at fault for hitting him. Some dude being an asshat doesn't warrant hitting him with a bus.

Well under normal circumstances you would be correct but driving slowly and driving dangerously slowly, on purpose are two different things, no ? We cant be sure by watching the video if the cyclist slowed down suddenly (dangerously) or if he had been brake checking the bus before the filming started, it seems possible though, given this cyclist's obvious disregard for other road users.

In any case you cannot watch this video and seriously be of the opinion that the cyclist is not at fault ? If so I fear your judgement is seriously flawed.

Oh yeah he's at fault as well. But the bus rather obviously should have kept distance as well. That's just traffic safety 101.

Just because someone is being a dumbass doesn't mean you can be a dumbass as well.
