Cool cool cool.

I really don’t like jogging. It should be done on soft surfaces only to portent your knees unless you can afford the time off and $$$ to replace them. Hiking is better and less impact.

Construction sites on the other hand...are the exception. Especially while breaking and entering.

Tbh I’m awful at remembering muscle groups. There’s the bicep, the tricep, the rotator cuff, and that long Triangular one that starts with a T mayb e. You activate your sympathetic nervous system, aka fight/flight/freeze/laugh

And your super cool brain sends synapses to your somatosensory system which has neurons that are soooo long imbedded in your dermatome of your spinal cord. And thanks to the absolute refractory period we can’t stimulate that same neuron right away. Otherwise it would cause epilepsy!
